Firefighters were called out to battle a blaze at a building in South Los Angeles on Tuesday morning.
Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey tweeted that flames broke out of the building at 6015 South Broadway Blvd. in the Florence neighbourhood of South L.A. at around 3.40 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

The fire remained confined to the one-storey building as 101 firefighters worked for over 45 minutes to extinguish it, according to another tweet from the L.A Fire Department.

No one was injured during the incident
Numerous sources indicated that the building housed a medical marijuana dispensary. WeedMaps.com, a website that lists and locates cannabis dispensaries, showed that multiple are located in the vicinity of the fire location.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
